Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Right now, OFFGRID ships Australia-wide only. We’re keeping things local while we build. International shipping’s coming soon 👀

Western Australia: 2-5 business days. Rates calculated at checkout

Rest Of Australia: 5-8 business days, depending on destination. Rates calculated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, or external factors.

Order Tracking

All orders come with tracking. You’ll receive your tracking link via email once your package is dispatched.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the courier. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at info@offgridau.store and we’ll do our best to assist.
